Shipping and Return Policy
Orders will take anywhere from 1-10 business days to process. This does not include shipping time. Please read the Current Turn Around Time page for the most up to date shipping time.
All polishes are individually bubble wrapped and packed into a sealed, bubble padded envelope or box.
All sales are final. No exchanges or returns will be honored.

Please be aware that international purchases are made at your own risk. Native War Paints will not be responsible for any customs fees you may incur. International shipping is not always reliable therefore, Native War Paints is unable to guarantee delivery due to customs, damages, and stolen packages. Packages that are lost or arrive damaged, will not be replaced and Native War Paints will not be responsible.
Your order will be shipped via USPS. You will received a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please DOUBLE CHECK the delivery address. Native War Paints will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, shipping costs will not be refunded. Your package can be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Otherwise your order can be refunded minus shipping costs.
If a polish is damaged during shipping, please send us an email with a picture of the damaged item and its packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Use Damaged Item in the subject line. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your e-mail, we will try our best to resolve the issue and send you a replacement. Some Limited Edition polishes may not be replaced due to limited quantities, in which case, another item of your choice of the same value would be sent as replacement.
